THANK YOU to the E-town Fire Department members who helped me rescue the cat from the tree on March 12th. Your willingness to perform this public service (when you could have so easily said no) was greatly appreciated! I decided to take her to the Humane League of Lancaster County later that day, but was ready to adopt her if no one else would. Now named "Jewel," she was given a clean bill of health and just adopted by a family on Tuesday! Again, thank you for taking time out of your day to help the cat – and of course for your dedication as firefighters serving the E-town community. |
