Saturday, May 21, 2011 During the morning hours while members were taking part in "Building Construction, non combustible" units were called out for a crash with injuries. Rescue Engine 741 (Shriner), Squad 74 (Loucks), Captain 74 (Halbleib), and Deputy Chief 207 ( Slaymaker, Manheim Township Fire Rescue) arrived to find a 2 car crash with three injuries. Crews assisted with medical care, debris clean up and fluid control. Deputy 207 cleared the box twenty minutes later. Earlier in the morning, Engine 742 (Kinsey), Tower 74 (Shriner) responded for a fire alarm in the borough.
