Friday, January 20, 2012 At 03:50 hours, Truck 74 (Halbleib), and Engine 742 (Wagner) responded to  assist Rheems on Schwanger Road for a fire reported in a dwelling.

Truck 74 was on the street and copied information of possible entrapment and fire through the roof per the police dept.

Deputy 70 (Kretzing) arrived and found a 2 story SFD with fire through the roof above the garage. Truck 74 was advised to set up on side alpha of the structure and open up the dwelling portion of the roof. Truck 74 Interior crews began a search on the 2nd floor and had negative searches. A quick knock was established by Engine 701 and the overhaul stage was conducted. 

Units worked the fire ground for almost 3 hours before being released.
